NFT Artist Agoria to Give Fans Ownership Over Upcoming Song Launch

Renowned French DJ, producer, and artist, Agoria, is showing appreciation to his community of fans and collectors, known as the "Agorians," by offering them a shared stake in the royalties from his upcoming song. As a tribute to his community, Agoria wanted to create something unifying and everlasting. The song has already received a positive response from audiences in Ibiza and will be officially released on June 7 at the NFC Lisbon event in Lisbon.

To facilitate this project, Agoria partnered with Bolero, a blockchain-based music platform, utilizing its newly-launched "Song Shares" feature. Fans who hold an NFT-based song in their wallet will be eligible to earn rewards through Bolero's service. The majority (90%) of the Agorians Song Shares will be allocated to the biggest collectors of Agoria's NFT artworks on Ethereum and Tezos, while Bolero users will have the opportunity to purchase the remaining 10% for $25 per Song Share.

To receive their entitled royalties, individuals need to create an account on Bolero and connect their wallet. This initiative aims to provide a fairer and more direct compensation structure for artists, transforming the dynamics of the music industry.

Agoria entered the NFT space in 2021, minting artworks on platforms like Foundation, OBJKT, SuperRare, and others. He has built a vibrant community of collectors who appreciate his unique artistic style. Additionally, Agoria collaborates with scientists, including biologist Alice Meunier, to explore the intersection of music and neuroscience, seeking to understand the profound connection between sound and the human brain.
